We go beyond the legal obligation of a 14 day returns period and offer 120 day returns from the date you received your order. We work to provide refunds within 10 working days from the date that the refund was issued.
If you have taken delivery for your goods, you must return the goods to us at your own expense following our authorisation. Returns will only be accepted within 120 days of receipt. We will then refund the order in full less any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items.
