Our delivery service operates a contact-free, curbside drop delivery. The allocated courier will get as close to the nearest access point of your property and safely unload your flooring from a pallet, for you, the customer to then handle and transport the delivered flooring into your property.

Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery and ensure the delivery note is updated as no claims for damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for by the haulier as damaged on delivery.

High standards of hygiene and cleaning are carried out in our warehouses to maintain excellent standards for our customers and employees. We strongly encourage our courier partners to wear face-coverings when in a customer facing position.
