Next Day Delivery
We can provide a next day delivery service on most products being delivered next day from the date of order (excluding bank holidays and orders placed on the weekend) between the hours of 8am-6pm subject to road conditions and availability at the courier’s discretion. All orders for next day delivery must be placed by 11am the day before. The upgrade cost of next day delivery is £60.00.
Standard delivery orders are dispatched and delivered within 3-4 working days. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. The base fee of standard delivery is £59.99 for orders under £299.00. Your delivery date is agreed by phone after the order has been placed. Please provide a telephone number to be contacted by our team regarding delivery. Alternatively, you can call us prior to ordering to check we can deliver on your preferred date.
We operate an open delivery service between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm. An estimated time of arrival is not provided as we use a pallet courier to deliver our goods. Items are delivered to the property through a curb-side drop, items delivered are not left in garages, sheds etc. Someone must be present at the property of the delivery address to accept delivery on the day. Any missed deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge.
It is possible due to unforeseen circumstances that an order may not reach its destination within the stated time frame of 8:00am-6:00pm. For this reason, we strongly advise against booking installers until your goods have arrived as we cannot be liable for consequential loss.
In the event of a delay from the couriers or we are unable to fulfil an agreed delivery date, we will contact you in advance to discuss alternative options for your order.
Our delivery charges per order are dependent on the of the order and the weight and length of the order. Larger orders (typically over 30 m2) and those to remote locations may incur further charges. If an additional charge occurs, we will inform you before processing your order. Please contact our team for a free of charge delivery quote on your order for further guidance on delivery costs.
Deliveries are made by large vehicles so any access concerns, for example the road is subject to size/weight restrictions or parking issues etc, this needs to be mentioned at time of placing the order as alternative delivery arrangements may be necessary. Any failed delivery will incur a re-delivery charge. Following insurance guidelines, all wood deliveries are curb-side which means they will be placed at the nearest access point for the vehicle to the delivery address given.
We work with reliable couriers to maintain high delivery standards. Please ensure you check all your packages upon arrival to ensure the order is complete and there is no damage to your items that may have occurred during transit. If you happen to receive damaged/missing goods, please ensure you make a note of it on the courier’s paperwork and inform us of the issue within 48 hours.
Any claim for damaged goods cannot be made if it has not been signed for as damaged at the time of delivery. Please inform us of any issues as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any goods refused at time of delivery that are found undamaged once returned will be charged for their return to the warehouse.
We strongly advise our customers not to book installers until your flooring has arrived and you have checked it as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.
