What is the difference between engineered wood and solid wood?
Engineered wood replicates the same quality as solid hardwood. Engineered wood is made up of multiple layers and is a more stable product. Engineered wood is less affected by changes in temperature and humidity and can be laid in most rooms.
What way do you fit underlay?
Underlay is fitted with the foil side facing the floor so it cannot be seen due it being the damp proof membrane.
How often should I re-oil my oil wood floor?
We recommend your floor is re-oiled every 6-12 months. However, the use of your floor depends on the frequency in which you will have to do this.
How do I clean my wood floor?
All our floors should be cleaned with a dry mop, avoid any harsh industrial chemicals as this may tarnish the appearance or damage your flooring in the long term.
Do you need underlay for solid wood flooring?
Solid wood does not require underlay. However, it does need to be glued or secret nailed onto the sub-floor below. Subfloors should be prepared to ensure they are level, dry, and stable before your solid wood installation.

Can I amend my order?
Yes, you can amend your order prior to it leaving us, contact us on 0333 002 0375, your additional item will be added to and paid for. Extra delivery costs maybe incurred if the original order has been dispatched.
Can I order free samples?
Yes, free samples are available for our products to try before you buy.
Why does my free sample look different to my wood flooring ordered?
As wood is a natural product, there will be variations in the shade, this is completely expected as every-piece of wood flooring is unique.

How do I place an order?

Will everything on my order arrive together?
Subject to stock and status, if you have placed all your items on for order on the same day, your order will all arrive together.

Delivery
What time will my delivery arrive on the day?
Our service is an open delivery slot Monday-Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.
When will my order be delivered?
Unless next-day delivery is paid for, we can usually deliver all our goods within 2-3 working days. We will contact you to agree a suitable date for delivery.
My delivery has arrived damaged. What do I do?
All goods are quality-checked before shipping, on the chance that delivered goods are damaged, they must be signed as damaged on the delivery note.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally for our products.

How will I know my payment has been processed?
You will be sent an email with an order confirmation and order number. Your payment will be taken immediately from the time of order and should appear in your bank within 3-5 working days.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 120 days to return an item from the date that your order was received to return your items. All of our refunds are handled by our customer services team.

Unfortunately, we do not reserve or hold any stock.
